Player Management

The Player Management will list out all of the Players and their needed information that Operator can easily managed their Players. There are 2 main sections of the Player Magamement:

  1. Player List: the list of Players
  2. Player Details: the detailed information of a Player

How to access to Player Management:

  1. After signed in, click on Player Management on the left menu

Player List

Players List is the very first page when accessing to the Player Management.

Player List

In this list, the Operator can know their Player information in the table with:

  • Checkbox: this checkbox helps to select multiple players at once.
  • Player ID: the ID of player.
  • Username: the Username of player.
  • Display Name: the Display Name of player.
  • Registered Date: the Registration time of player.
  • Agent ID: the Agent ID of Player (if that player belongs to an Agent).
  • Referral Code: the Refferal Code of Player
  • Referrer: the referree's referral code
  • Phone Number: the Phone Number of Player.
  • UTM Sources: the UTM Source of player that Operator could know where did Player come from.
  • Currency: the using Currency of player.
  • Cash Balance: the current Cash Balance of player.
  • Bonus Balance: the current Bonus Balance of player.
  • Total Deposit: the total Deposit amount of Player (only count the succeed deposit requests).
  • Total Withdraw: the total Withdrawal amount of Player (only count the succeed withdrawal requests).
  • Rerstricted Game: the list of games that player did not allow playing.
  • Total Bet: the total Betting amount of player.
  • Total Win: the total Winning amount of player.
  • Player GGR: the GGR (aka Gross Gaming Revenue) of player.
  • Company GGR: the GGR (aka Gross Gaming Revenue) of Company from this player.
  • Fee: the total Fee that the player has paid.
  • JP Contribution: the total contributed amount from this player to the Jackpot.
  • JP Win: the total Jackpot Winning amount of this player
  • Refund Times: the Refunding times of this player
  • Refund Amount: the total Refund amount of this player
  • Status: the current status of player
    • Active: player is safe
    • Banned: player is banned and cannot sign in to the game
    • Blocked: player is blocking from withdrawal (still can sign in to the game)
  • Actions: the list of actions that Operator can do with player
    • Ban
    • Restrict
    • Change Password
    • Update Info
    • Link to Blocked List

Player Details

Player Details

When clicking on a particular player, the detailed information of player will be displayed in 6 main tabs:

  1. Player Information: the fully player information
  2. Payment Logs: the history of payment
  3. Cash Transactions: the history of Cash transactions (transactions using Cash)
  4. Bonus Transactions: the history of Bonus transactions (transactions using Bonus amount)
  5. Free Transactions: the history of Free Games transactions (transactions using Free Game)
  6. Game Session: the gaming history
  7. Bonus: the summary information about Player's Bonus
  8. Free Games: the summary information about Player's Free Games
  9. Statistics: the summary information about Player's Win/Loss

Player Information

The information in this tab will divide into 4 sections:

  • Basic Information Basic Information

Note - At the Status, Operator able to view the history of changing status by clicking on the icon nexts to Status

  • Wallet Information Wallet Information

  • Gaming Information Gaming Information

  • Action History Action History

Payment Logs

The Payment Logs will list out all of the transaction of Deposit and Withdrawal of Player. The Operator can know exactly the Total Deposit and Withdrawal amount Player.

Payment Logs - Deposit

Payment Logs In the Deposit tab, Operator can observe the list of Deposit requests in the table

  • Payment ID: the ID of the deposit request
  • Payment Time: the created time of this request
  • Method: the deposit Method of this request
    • Nautilus supports: BANK (default), E-WALLET, TELCO, CRYPTO
  • Provider: the provider of this request
  • Account Owner: the Account Owner of this request (only show if the method is BANK)
    • this field gonna change based on the Methods
  • Account Number: the Account Number of this request (only show if the method is BANK)
    • this field gonna change based on the Methods
  • Amount: the deposit amount
  • Payment Details: there are 2 numbers in this fields:
    • 1 - Deposit Amount: the actual deposit amount
    • 2 - Promotion Amount: the bonus amount (if Player applied Vouchers/ Bonus/ ...)
  • Actual Received: the total recevied amount from this request
  • Status: the current status of this request. There are 5 statuses:
    • 1 - Pending: the request is processing
    • 2 - Approved: the request is approved by the Payment Provider
    • 3 - Success: the request is processed successfully by the Payment Provider
    • 4 - Failed: the request is failed to send to the Payment Provider
    • 5 - Declined: the request is declined by the Payment Provider

Payment Logs

In the Withdraw tab, Operator can observe the list of Withdrawal requests in the table

  • Payment ID: the ID of the withdraw request
  • Payment Time: the created time of this request
  • Method: the withdraw Method of this request
    • Nautilus supports: BANK (default), E-WALLET, TELCO, CRYPTO
  • Provider: the provider of this request
  • Account Owner: the Account Owner of this request (only show if the method is BANK)
    • this field gonna change based on the Methods

Cash Transactions

The Cash Transactions will list out all of the transactions that using Cash only. Cash Transactions

The data will be displayed in the table:

  • Date & Time: the created time of this transaction
  • Session ID: the Session ID of this transaction
  • Type: the action type of this transaction. There are 5 types:
    • 1 - Bet: placing bet on the game
    • 2 - Payout: payout the winning bet
    • 3 - Refund: refund money (only in some games: Tai Xiu, Lottery)
    • 4 - Deposit: deposit money to the game
    • 5 - Withdraw: withdraw money from the game
  • Feature: the list of games
  • Value: the spending amount
  • Cash Before: the balance before spending money
  • Cash After: the balance after spending money

Bonus Transactions

The Bonus Transactions will list out all of the transactions that using Bonus only. Bonus Transactions

The data will be displayed in the table:

  • Date & Time: the created time of this transaction
  • Session ID: the Session ID of this transaction
  • Type: the action type of this transaction. There are 12 types:
    • 1 - Bet: placing bet on the game
    • 2 - Payout: payout the winning bet
    • 3 - Refund: refund money (only in some games: Tai Xiu, Lottery)
    • 4 - Deposit: deposit money to the game
    • 5 - Add: add the Bonus to Player
    • 6 - Rollover: player pay the rollover (by making bet)
    • 7 - Convert: player convert the Bonus amount to Cash
    • 8 - Recall: the Bonus amount is recalled because of the Bonus event has been cancelled
    • 9 - Cancel: the Bonus event is cancelled by Operator
    • 10 - Discard: player discarded the Bonus event
    • 11 - Complete: player completed the rollover
    • 12 - Rollback: the Bonus amount is taken back by the system (only apply for SBO)
  • Feature: the list of games
  • Balance: the balance of Bonus amount
  • Balance Change: the Bonus's changeed amount for this transaction
  • Rollover: the reamining Rollover
  • Rollover Change: the spending of Rollover (after each bet)
  • Convert Amount: the total coverted bonus amount
  • Convert Amount Change: the changed amount of a conversion time
  • Status: the current status of this transaction

Free Transactions

The Free Transactions will list out all of the transactions that using Free Spins only. Free Transactions

The data will be displayed in the table:

  • Date & Time: the created time of this transaction
  • Session ID: the Session ID of this transaction
  • Type: the action type of this transaction. There are 11 types:
    • 1 - Bet: placing bet on the game
    • 2 - Payout: payout the winning bet
    • 3 - Refund: refund money (only in some games: Tai Xiu, Lottery)
    • 4 - Deposit: deposit money to the game
    • 5 - Add: add the Free Game to Player
    • 6 - Convert: player convert the Winning amount to Bonus/ or Cash
    • 7 - Recall: the Bonus amount is recalled because of the Free Game event has been cancelled
    • 8 - Cancel: the Free Game event is cancelled by Operator
    • 9 - Discard: player discarded the Free Game event
    • 10 - Complete: player completed the rollover
    • 11 - Rollback: the Bonus amount is taken back by the system (only apply for SBO)
  • Feature: the list of games
  • Spinned: the total spun times of player
  • Before Spin: the number of spinning time before spinning
  • After Spin: the reamining spinning times (after spun)
  • Balance: the winning amount from the Free Spinning times
  • Convert Amount: the total coverted amount (to Bonus or Cash)
  • Convert Amount Change: the changed amount of a conversion time
  • Status: the current status of this transaction

Game Session

The Game Session will list out all of the player's gaming transactions Game Session

The data will be displayed in the table:

  • Date & Time: the created time of this session
  • Cash Session ID: the Cash Session ID (only when player used Cash to bet)
  • Bonus Session ID: the Bonus Session ID (only when player used Bonus to bet)
  • Game Session ID: the Session ID of the game that player has bet
  • Label: to recognise this Sessions contains: Free Game/ /Bonus/ or not (for the Slot Games)
  • Wallet Type: the wallet that player used to place the bet
  • Game: the playing game of player
  • Bet: the betting amount of player in this session
  • Win: the winning amount of player in this session
  • Fee: the fee amount of player in this session (if any)
  • Gain: the gained amount of player in this session
  • Balance: the player's balance after bet

Bonus

The Bonus tab will list out all of the player's joined Bonus Bonus

The data will be displayed in the table:

  • ID: the ID of the Bonus
  • Bonus name: the name of the Bonus
  • Received At: the time Players accepted using the Bonus
  • Expired At: the expired time of the Bonus
  • Received Amount: the Bonus amount that Players have received from the Bonus
  • Currency: the currency of the Bonus
  • Current Amount: the rest of the Bonus balance
  • Current Rollover: the current amount of the Rollover (decrease after every valid bets)
  • Withdrawn Amount: the withdrawn amount of Players from the Bonus
  • Updated At: the time of changing Bonus's status
  • Status: the current status of Bonus. There are 7 statuses:
    • 1 - New: Players have just received the Bonus
    • 2 - In Progress: Players are using the Free Game for Playing game
    • 3 - Completed: Players completed the Rollover
    • 4 - Expired: the Bonus has been expired
    • 5 - Discarded: Players have discarded (do not receive) the Bonus
    • 6 - Cancelled: The Bonus has been cancelled by the OP
    • 7 - Converted: Player has withdrawn Bonus successfully

Free Games

The Free Games tab will list out all of the player's joined Free Games Free Games

The data will be displayed in the table:

  • ID: the ID of the Bonus
  • Free Game: the name of the Free Games
  • Received At: the time Players accepted using the Free Games
  • Expired At: the expired time of the Free Games
  • Bet Level: the betting level that was applied the Free Games
  • Free Spins: the quantity of free spinning times
  • Remaining Spins: the rest of the spinning times
  • Winning Amount: the winning amount from the free spinning times
  • Converted to: the wallet that allows to transfer the winning amount to
  • Converted Amount: the actual winning amount that allows to convert
  • Withdraw Amount: the actual withdrawal amount that players have withdrawn
  • Updated At: the time of changing Free Games' status
  • Status: the current status of Free Games. There are 7 statuses. (only when players converted to Bonus wallet)
    • 1 - New: Players have just received the Bonus
    • 2 - In Progress: Players are using the Bonus for Playing game
    • 3 - Completed: Players completed the Rollover
    • 4 - Recalled: the Bonus has been recalled (when the Free Game is cancelled and Players have not withdrawn yet)
    • 5 - Discarded: Players have discarded (do not receive) the Bonus
    • 6 - Cancelled: The Bonus has been cancelled by the OP
    • 7 - Converted: Player has withdrawn Bonus successfully

Statistics

The Statistics tab summary the Player Win/ Loss Statistics

The data will be displayed in the table:

  • Game: the name of the played games
  • Betting: the total betting amount of players in that game
  • Winning: the total winning amount of players in that game
  • Revenue: the revenue from that game.
    • Formula: Revenue = Betting - Winning
    • Green: means the Revenue is > 0
    • Red: means the Revenue is < 0

Actions

Actions Player Management provides a group of actions to interact with the Players quickly and efficiently. They are:

  • Add Player: add a new player directly from the Back Office
  • Ban: ban one or multiple players at once. Players cannot signed in after getting ban
  • Restrict: prevent players from playing some particular games. Player can sign in but cannot see those restricted games
  • Change Password: set a new password for players directly from the Back Office
  • Update Info: set a new Referrer for this player
  • Link to Blocked List: open the Blocked List page to start blocking this player

Add Player

From the Back Office, Oparator can Add a new player and that new player able to sign in and enjoy the game as usual.

How to add a new Player
  1. After signed in, click on Player Management on the left menu
  2. Click on button Add Player
  3. Select the Currency for this new player
  4. Enter the Username
  5. Enter the Password
  6. (Optional) Enter the Referrer Code
  7. Select the Agent
  8. Click on button Add to complete

(Note: After adding, the new Player will be displayed on the top of the Player List)

Ban

From the Back Office, Oparator can Ban a player and that player cannot sign in to the game anymore (until the Operator unbans)

How to Ban a Player
  1. After signed in, click on Player Management on the left menu
  2. Click on the dropdown of Actions
  3. Select Ban
  4. Enter the Reason
  5. Click on button Confirm to complete

(Note: After banned, the Player's staus will be changed to the BANNED)

Restrict

From the Back Office, Oparator can Block a player and that player cannot withdraw money (until the Operator unblocks)

How to Restrict a Player
  1. After signed in, click on Player Management on the left menu
  2. Click on the dropdown of Actions
  3. Select Restrict
  4. Select the game from the list game
  5. Click on button Confirm to complete

(Note: After restricted, that Player cannot see those games from the game portal)

Change Password

From the Back Office, Oparator can Change the password of a player

How to Change Player's Password
  1. After signed in, click on Player Management on the left menu
  2. Click on the dropdown of Actions
  3. Select Change Password
  4. Enter the new password
  5. Click on button Confirm to complete

(Note: After changed, that Player cannot use the old password anymore)

Update Info

From the Back Office, Oparator can Change the Referrer of a player

How to Change Player's Referrer
  1. After signed in, click on Player Management on the left menu
  2. Click on the dropdown of Actions
  3. Select Update Info
  4. Searching the Referrer by the Username
  5. After that, click on button Confirm to complete

(Note: After changed, the old Player's Referrer will not receive the referral bonus anymore)

From the Back Office, Oparator can Block a player from Withdrawal

How to Block a Player
  1. After signed in, click on Player Management on the left menu
  2. Click on the dropdown of Actions
  3. Select Link to Blocked List
  4. After checking the Player Info, click on button Block to complete

(Note: After blocked, this player cannot withdraw anymore)
